History
Since 2007 Coziefornia contest has been the mark of the rollerblading season beginning in Poland. First warm days encourage people to use outdoor parks such as this in Koziegłowy. The name of the contest was created because of the vibe in the area of the park – few steps away there is an Aqua park, great rollerblading oriented skatepark and massive halogen lights after the dark. Success of the previous editions stimulate us to make another contest in Poznań.
The first edition of the contest took place 14.04.07, and the idea of a competition which starts the rollerblading season turned out to be a bull's eye. The event brought the best skaters from all over Poland, France, Holland and had high level – the skatepark was fully exploited. There were two categories Junior and Senior, the form of the contest: Jam. The first place was taken by Łukasz Każmierczak in Juniors and Bartosz Beller in Senior category.
The second edition of Coziefonia comp took place 19.04.08 and again was a huge success. Lots of good feedback about the first contest brought much more people to try their skills. Vivid audience encourage the contestants to throw big tricks and stunts. The comp gathered the best 40 rollerbladers from Poland. Again in junior category Łukasz Kaźmierczak took the 1st, while the Senior was won by Łukasz Wolski.
09.05.2009 is the date of the third edition of this unique comp. Once again the Koziefornia park will be the meeting point of the finest rollerbladers. The form of the contest - 'Jam' (detailed info can be found in rules and regulations section). Two categories: Junior and Senior.
